Welcome to Altahir Estudios. By accessing and using our Software Factory services, Artificial Intelligence consulting, and technical audits, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using any of our services, you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted all the conditions established in this document.

2. Use of AI Services

Automated audit services and responses generated by our artificial intelligence (such as the Escarleth agent) are based on heuristics and predictive models. Although we strive to guarantee technical accuracy, Altahir Estudios assumes no legal responsibility for business decisions made solely and exclusively based on automated reports.

3. Intellectual Property

All proprietary source code, algorithms, infrastructure designs, and methodologies applied during the provision of our services are the exclusive property of Altahir Estudios unless otherwise specified in a specific Software Factory contract (Work for Hire).

4. Confidentiality and SLA

We guarantee strict confidentiality regarding the technological architecture of our clients. Service Level Agreements (SLA) for mission-critical infrastructure will be governed by the technical annexes individually signed with each corporate client.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments for the use of platform services, acquisition of AI tokens or technical reports, are processed securely through our authorized gateways. No refunds are offered for reports already generated or consumed tokens.
